Volfrámové monolitné karbidové tyče pre stopkové frézy a vŕtačky so stabilnou vysokou kvalitou
1. Pevné karbidové tyče volfrámu sú lisované lisovaním alebo vytláčaním.
2. Pevné karbidové tyče volfrámu sú spekané integrovanou nízkotlakovou spekacou pecou, takže celkový výkon je vysoký.
3. Hrubá kruhová tyč z karbidu volfrámu a kobaltu alebo vonkajší priemer kruhovej tyče môže byť rafinovaný a leštený podľa akejkoľvek tolerancie. Bežné tolerancie sú h5, h6, -0,005 atď. a možno spracovať aj skosenie konca karbidových tyčí.
4. Karbidové tyče sú vhodné na spracovanie všeobecnej ocele, liatiny, nehrdzavejúcej ocele, žiaruvzdornej ocele, niklu a zliatiny titánu. Odporúča sa pre univerzálne nástroje z tvrdokovu, ako sú špirálové vrtáky, stopkové frézy, závitníky a pištoľové vrtáky.
